Installation Disclaimer

Transit Damage Disclaimer
Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
In case of transit damage, customers are required to provide:
- A continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Clear photographs showing the damaged product and packaging.
- Notification within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video and supporting photographs will not be accepted.
For verified transit damage claims, M.K. Lighting will provide replacement parts only. Complete product replacement, exchange, or monetary refund will not be provided.
