As each chandelier is handcrafted and manufactured according to customer requirements, our shipping process differs from standard e-commerce deliveries. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All products are manufactured only after an order has been confirmed. Since every chandelier is customized and built to meet specific design, size, finish, and project requirements, production begins only after payment confirmation and order approval. Our team carefully inspects every product before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.
Manufacturing & Delivery Timeline
As all our chandeliers are highly customized and made-to-order, the standard production timeline is approximately 25–30 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product complexity, customization requirements, material availability, order quantity, and shipping destination. Any estimated delivery dates provided are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not included in the product price displayed on our website. Since every chandelier differs in size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination, shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Our team will provide the final shipping charges before dispatch based on the delivery location and logistics requirements.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver customized luxury chandeliers across India through reliable logistics and transport partners. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email, WhatsApp, or phone. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
International Shipping
We proudly accept international orders. International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, local government charges, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on customs clearance and local logistics.
Packaging & Product Safety
Every chandelier is packed using premium-quality protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. We take every possible precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely and securely.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the shipment tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout. Customers can use these tracking details to monitor the shipment until delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier service delays. M.K. Lighting shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the recipient’s name, address, postal code, phone number, and any other required delivery information. M.K. Lighting shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Installation
Installation services are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Customers are responsible for arranging installation at their location. Installation guidance may be provided separately wherever applicable.
Order Acceptance
Delivery will be considered successfully completed once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or accepted by the recipient. Customers are advised to inspect the external packaging before accepting delivery.
Transit Damage
If your shipment arrives with visible transit damage, customers must immediately notify our team and provide:
- A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video and supporting photographs will not be accepted. In verified transit damage cases, M.K. Lighting will provide replacement parts only. Complete product replacement or order replacement will not be provided.
