Since every chandelier is manufactured according to customer specifications, our business operates differently from standard e-commerce stores. Product availability, manufacturing timelines, and customization requirements may vary for each order.
Products & Customization
All products displayed on our website are intended to provide customers with an understanding of our product range and design capabilities. Most chandeliers are manufactured specifically after an order is confirmed and may be customized according to project requirements.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in dimensions, crystal arrangement, finish, color, lighting components, or other design details may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Product prices include only the chandelier unless otherwise specified.
Shipping charges, installation charges, customs duties, taxes (where applicable), and any additional logistics costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated separately.
M.K. Lighting reserves the right to correct pricing errors, technical mistakes, or typographical errors at any time without prior notice.
Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and accepted by M.K. Lighting. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order if incorrect information has been provided, payment cannot be verified, inventory or manufacturing limitations exist, or other unforeseen circumstances arise.
Payment Terms
Customers agree to make payments using the payment methods available on our website or through officially approved payment channels provided by M.K. Lighting.
Orders requiring customization may require advance payment before production begins. Production will commence only after payment confirmation.
Manufacturing & Delivery
Since our chandeliers are customized and made-to-order, the standard manufacturing timeline is approximately 25–30 business days. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on customization requirements, order quantity, project complexity, raw material availability, logistics, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Shipping charges are always calculated separately and are not included in product prices. We deliver across India and also accept international orders.
Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier service.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Installation
Installation services are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Customers are responsible for arranging installation through qualified professionals.
Improper installation may affect product performance and may void applicable warranty coverage.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All customized, made-to-order, and imported chandeliers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once production has begun or the order has been dispatched.
Orders may only be cancelled before production starts and subject to approval by M.K. Lighting.

Transit Damage
Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours by providing:
- A continuous unboxing video.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- Proof of purchase.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video and supporting photographs will not be accepted.
For approved claims, only damaged replacement parts will be provided. Complete product replacement or monetary refunds will not be offered.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only and is subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy.
Damage resulting from improper installation, electrical issues, accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, product designs, images, graphics, videos, text, catalogs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to M.K. Lighting.
No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

M.K. Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.
