Return & Refund Policy

At M.K. Lighting, every chandelier is carefully designed and manufactured specifically for each customer. Since our products are premium, customized, and made-to-order, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure complete transparency before you place an order. We strongly recommend reading this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

All chandeliers manufactured by M.K. Lighting are custom-designed according to the customer’s selected specifications, dimensions, finish, crystal type, lighting configuration, and project requirements. As each product is manufactured exclusively for an individual customer, every order is considered a personalized order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, all orders are final. All customized, made-to-order, and imported luxury chandeliers are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable after production has started or the order has been dispatched.

Customers are requested to carefully review all product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and order details before confirming their purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins and subject to management approval. Once manufacturing has started, raw materials have been allocated, or production is in progress, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Any approved cancellation before production begins may be subject to applicable administrative or transaction charges.

Imported Products

Imported chandeliers are specially sourced based on customer requirements. Therefore, all imported products follow the same Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable policy as customized products.

Transit Damage Policy

We take great care in professionally packaging every chandelier to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged during transit, customers must immediately notify M.K. Lighting.

To process any transit damage claim, customers must provide:

• A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
• Clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
• The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video and supporting photographs will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy for Transit Damage

If a transit damage claim is verified and approved, M.K. Lighting will provide replacement parts only for the damaged components.

Complete product replacement, full order replacement, product exchange, or monetary refund will not be provided for transit damage.

Replacement parts will be manufactured or arranged depending on product availability and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if M.K. Lighting is unable to manufacture or supply the ordered product due to exceptional circumstances solely attributable to our company.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Customer no longer requires the product.
• Delay caused by courier companies, customs, weather conditions, or other third-party logistics providers.
• Minor variations in handcrafted products.
• Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
• Installation-related issues after delivery.
• Damage caused after successful delivery.

Product Variations

As our chandeliers are handcrafted luxury products, slight variations in finish, color, crystal arrangement, dimensions, or handcrafted detailing may occur. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Inspection Before Installation

Customers are advised to inspect all delivered products before installation. Any visible transit damage or missing components should be reported immediately according to this policy. Products that have already been installed will not be eligible for transit damage claims.

Policy Updates

M.K. Lighting reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before placing an order.
