Mr. Murli Mukherji, a Mechanical Engineer by profession, founded M.K. Lighting with the vision of creating a company that could manufacture world-class customized chandeliers entirely in India.
His engineering background, combined with a passion for design and innovation, enabled him to bridge the gap between aesthetics and structural excellence. Every chandelier developed under his leadership reflects precision engineering, artistic craftsmanship, and unmatched quality.
His vision extends beyond manufacturing products. He believes in creating lighting experiences that become the identity of hotels, banquet halls, luxury residences, and iconic architectural spaces.

Director – Operations & Manufacturing
Mr. Shyam Mukherji serves as the Director responsible for the complete manufacturing and operational management of M.K. Lighting.
A Graduate with extensive technical expertise in customized chandelier manufacturing, he oversees every stage of production—from raw material procurement and fabrication to quality control, assembly, packaging, logistics, and site execution.
His operational excellence ensures that every project is delivered with precision, consistency, and superior craftsmanship while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Together, the founders have built a culture focused on engineering excellence, customer satisfaction, innovation, and timely execution.
