At M.K. Lighting, every luxury chandelier is manufactured specifically for each customer based on their selected design, dimensions, finish, crystal type, and project requirements. Since our products are highly customized and made-to-order, we maintain a strict Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before confirming their purchase.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and accepted by M.K. Lighting. After order confirmation, our team begins planning the manufacturing process, procuring materials, and allocating production resources specifically for your project.

Customers are requested to carefully verify all product specifications, dimensions, finish, quantity, delivery address, and contact information before confirming the order.

Cancellation Before Production Begins

Customers may request cancellation only before the manufacturing process has started. Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by M.K. Lighting.

If the order has not entered production, the company may approve the cancellation. Any approved cancellation may be subject to applicable payment gateway charges, banking fees, administrative expenses, or other transaction costs incurred during order processing.

Cancellation After Production Begins

Once production has started, raw materials have been purchased, customized components have been manufactured, or the production process has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.

Since every chandelier is custom-built according to individual customer requirements, products cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, cancellations after production begins will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

All customized, made-to-order, bespoke, and imported chandeliers are manufactured exclusively for the customer who placed the order. As a result, these products are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced.

Customers are advised to finalize all customization requirements before confirming the order.

Imported Products

Imported chandeliers are specially arranged according to customer requirements and international supplier availability. Orders for imported products cannot be cancelled after procurement or import processing has begun.

Order Modifications

If customers wish to modify product specifications, dimensions, finish, color, crystal type, or any customization details after placing an order, they should contact M.K. Lighting immediately.

Modification requests can only be considered before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, modifications may not be possible or may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway fees, banking charges, administrative costs, and any expenses already incurred by the company.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking procedures.

Company’s Right to Cancel Orders

M.K. Lighting reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product pricing errors.
• Technical or system errors.
• Unavailability of required materials.
• Manufacturing limitations.
• Payment verification failure.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, if payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Force Majeure

M.K. Lighting shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, supplier delays, customs issues, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

M.K. Lighting reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version available on our website before placing an order.
