While we ensure that every chandelier is manufactured with precision and quality, installation services are not included in the product price unless specifically mentioned in your quotation or invoice. This Installation Support Policy explains the responsibilities of both M.K. Lighting and the customer regarding product installation.
Installation Services
Installation charges are not included in the price of any chandelier displayed on our website. Customers are responsible for arranging installation at their own location through a qualified and experienced electrician or professional installation team.
If installation services are specifically requested, they may be provided separately depending on the project location, product type, and service availability. Any such service will be quoted independently and will not form part of the standard product price.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is fully prepared before the product arrives. This includes providing a safe installation environment, adequate ceiling support, proper electrical wiring, required mounting arrangements, and access for installation professionals.
Customers should verify that the ceiling structure is capable of supporting the weight of the chandelier before installation begins.
Professional Installation Recommendation
Luxury chandeliers are sophisticated lighting fixtures that require professional handling during installation. M.K. Lighting strongly recommends that all products be installed only by qualified electricians or experienced lighting installation professionals.
Improper installation may lead to product damage, electrical hazards, reduced performance, or safety risks and may void the applicable warranty.
Remote Installation Assistance
Although physical installation is generally not included, our technical support team is available to provide remote guidance whenever required. Customers may contact us for installation assistance through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, photographs, or video calls.
Our team will make every reasonable effort to guide your electrician or installation team during the installation process.
Installation Inspection
Before installation begins, customers should carefully inspect the delivered package and ensure that all components have been received in good condition. Any transit damage or missing parts should be reported immediately according to our Return & Refund Policy before attempting installation.
Products that have already been installed may not be eligible for transit damage claims.
Electrical & Safety Requirements
Customers must ensure that all electrical work complies with local electrical safety regulations and building codes. Proper voltage supply, secure wiring connections, and appropriate ceiling mounting are essential for safe installation.
M.K. Lighting shall not be responsible for any damage, accidents, or product failures resulting from improper electrical connections, inadequate structural support, incorrect installation methods, or failure to follow safety standards.
Maintenance Recommendations
To maintain the beauty and performance of your luxury chandelier, customers should perform regular cleaning using appropriate non-abrasive materials. Before cleaning or maintenance, always switch off the electrical supply.
Only genuine replacement components recommended by M.K. Lighting should be used whenever replacement parts are required.
Limitation of Liability
M.K. Lighting shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, installation costs, labor charges, project delays, electrical faults, property damage, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow recommended installation procedures.
